Olive Oil Times is the world's most-read publication about olive oil and the Mediterranean lifestyle. OOT writers submit articles on olive oil-related news and current events, the Mediterranean diet and lifestyle, health and fitness.

Most news articles are quite brief (usually less than 250-500 words) and must be 100% original and exclusive. Images to accompany articles are welcome, but not required.

All articles are in English. They must be well organized, accurate and in "news style."

The starting rate for new writers is $30-75 per article, paid via Paypal. Featured articles from regular contributors pay a higher rate. If your articles maintain a high quality, you will be invited to make submissions frequently.
